BAAN Holding | Pan Holding is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its team. Role responsibilities include: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives; Overseeing the recruitment and selection process including interviews and integration of new employees; Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance professional development; Managing employee relations and handling complaints, disputes and disciplinary actions; Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations; Building a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork; Planning and coordinating training and development programmes; Administration of benefits, salaries, and payroll procedures; Maintain accurate and confidential human resources records and reports; Follow industry trends and best practices to develop HR policies

Requirements

• Proficient in HR principles, laws, and best practices
• experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in tourism and hospitality
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
