MOD Supervisor

Job description

The Modernization Supervisor at the employer Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd oversees modernization projects, ensuring activities are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Leads projects from initiation to completion; coordinates with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; raises local material requisitions; conducts site surveys and reports; ensures quality and regulatory compliance; enforces safety protocols; regularly updates project status to senior management; resolves issues throughout the project lifecycle; maintains strong customer relationships and addresses concerns; provides training and support to team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Project Management or a related field
• minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in modernization or construction projects
• strong leadership skills
• strong communication skills
• strong organizational skills
• ability to work in on-site environments
• regular travel to project sites
