Senior Learning and Advisory Specialist

Job description

The Senior Learning & Advisory Specialist will contribute to the delivery and continued development of knowledge management, business advisory and government advisory work across the MENA region. This role will involve delivering consulting and advisory services and facilitating both internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, public policy, international relations, political science or another relevant discipline
• At least five years of relevant experience in legal or regulatory research, content development, knowledge management, consulting or advisory work
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Working proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze legislation, policy and government procedures and translate findings into practical, actionable intelligence
• Experience drafting professional reports, client communications, presentations or thought-leadership content
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to drafting, editing and quality control
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to urgent requests
