Responsible for developing and managing complex immigration projects to deliver high‑efficiency, user‑friendly immigration services. Works with minimal supervision leveraging extensive knowledge of immigration to handle medium to highly complex immigration issues. Executes sequential projects while considering emergencies and alternatives. Utilizes specialized operational immigration experience to propose new projects and shape immigration strategy. Resolves complex immigration problems based on practice, precedents, and established procedures. Analyzes, plans, and coordinates all immigration process requirements from initial consultation to documentation preparation, ensuring legal compliance. Provides operational support to professionals and managers by proactively responding to immigration inquiries and identifying alternative solutions
