About the role As a Technical Artist, you will serve as a bridge between the art and engineering teams, ensuring that our assets and tools meet both creative and technical requirements for AAA-quality games across PC, console, mobile, and VR/AR platforms. Your expertise will play a vital role in optimizing pipelines, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering world-class visuals.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in the video game industry. Demonstrated contribution to at least one shipped title on PC, console, mobile, or VR/AR. Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL, or MaxScript) and tools development. Strong understanding of shaders, rendering pipelines, and material creation in game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity. Experience with 3D modeling and texturing tools such as Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, or ZBrush. Knowledge of optimization techniques for performance across platforms. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to balance technical and creative goals, ensuring high-quality results.
