Executive Agent - Sales & Lease

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Executive Agent – Sales & Lease to join our real estate team in Riyadh. The role will focus on supporting and developing commercial real estate sales and leasing opportunities, building relationships with clients and tenants, and assisting in closing transactions. Candidates with basic experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing will also be considered. Key Responsibilities • Support the sales and leasing of commercial real estate properties, including offices, retail spaces, and other commercial assets. • Identify and follow up on potential clients, tenants, and business opportunities. • Respond to client inquiries and understand their property requirements. • Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients and tenants. • Present available properties and explain their features, pricing, and terms. • Assist with negotiations and coordinate with clients throughout the transaction process. • Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful transactions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, viewings, and transactions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of sales and leasing processes. • Stay updated on commercial property availability, market activity, and pricing trends in Riyadh. • Support the team in achieving sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Saudi national.
• Based in Riyadh and available for in-person interviews.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Good presentation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients.
• Good command of Arabic
• English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
