Rigging Supervisor

Job description

Supervise rigging operations on oil & gas project sites. Plan and coordinate with project managers and site engineers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Provide technical guidance and training to rigging personnel. Maintain documentation of activities, equipment inspections, and certifications. Identify and resolve issues or hazards promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor, preferably in the oil & gas industry
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety standards
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team
• Good communication and coordination capabilities
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to rigging
• Relevant certifications in rigging and safety preferred
• Ability to work in challenging environments and under pressure
