Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical or related field
• 5+ years experience in bolt torque activities, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• strong knowledge of bolting tools, torque calculation, and tightening procedures
• leadership experience with ability to supervise and train a team
• familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations
