The role focuses on producing high-quality photography and video content for events, digital platforms, social media, campaigns, and operational needs. Responsibilities include capturing professional photos and videos for events, campaigns, announcements, interviews, and behind‑the‑scenes content; planning and executing shoots based on marketing and communications briefs; editing short‑form and long‑form videos for digital and social channels; retouching and preparing photos for web, app, social media, presentations, and communications; producing vertical, horizontal, and platform‑specific formats; supporting live events and high‑priority activations; maintaining an organized library of raw footage and assets; coordinating with designers, content teams, marketing stakeholders, and external partners; adhering to the employer brand standards and project guidelines; managing cameras, lighting, audio, storage, and production equipment responsibly; delivering content within agreed timelines, including fast‑turnaround requests; proactively identifying content opportunities and recommending creative approaches.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in photography, videography, content production, or a similar role
• strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, editing, and social‑first content
• proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or comparable tools
• strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, audio, and visual storytelling
• experience producing content for events, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
• ability to work independently and manage multiple production requests
• strong organizational and file‑management skills
• ability to work under pressure and respond to changing priorities
• Arabic and English language proficiency
