Associate Product Manager (Tamheer)

Job description

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join one of our product squads and support the development of scalable, high-quality product experiences. You will work in a cross-functional product environment, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on a modern SaaS platform serving a large and diverse user base. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, with direct exposure to real product problems and delivery cycles. This role is designed for early‑career talent who demonstrate strong learning ability, ownership, and the potential to grow into a full Product Manager role over time. The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in product, engineering, design, analytics, consulting, or a tech‑adjacent role
• ability to execute tasks end‑to‑end with clear ownership and follow‑through
• demonstrated learning ability when working on unfamiliar problems or domains
• structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems
• clear written communication and comfort explaining reasoning
• ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams
• reliability, accountability, and bias toward action
