Job description
A 12‑month graduate program (CSAP) for the EMEA region. Training starts in London (Bedfont Lakes) in March 2027, then moves to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The program includes immersive bootcamp, three rotational sales assignments, mentorship, AI‑first skill development, and certification. Graduates transition to an Inside Account Executive role in Riyadh to deliver the employer solutions.
Requirements
- Recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- up to 2 years of professional experience
- fluent in English and Arabic
- legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- willing to relocate to London for 12‑month training
- proficiency with AI tools for prospecting and sales acceleration
- high emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills
- commercial resilience and ability to meet revenue targets
- strong storytelling and negotiation skills to align client challenges with the employer solutions.
