• proficient negotiation and persuasion skills
• knowledge of seasonal product and brand details
• leadership experience in retail stores
• 2 years experience as store manager or supervisor
• retail professional competencies
• familiarity with store policies and procedures
• ability to execute visual merchandising standards
• ability to maintain a safe shopping environment
• knowledge of digital omnichannel sales tools
• basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
• preferably 1-2 months experience in sports/fashion retail environment
