Store Manager / Store Supervisor

Job description

Sales responsible in the Retail Sales Operations department within the Emerging Markets region. Builds strong customer connections and reflects the employer brand values. Sells and serves customers while applying all store operational standards. Achieves individual and store sales targets using available resources. Adheres to store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and attractive shopping environment. Ensures product availability by handling deliveries and replenishing stock. Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures.

Requirements

• proficient Arabic speaking and writing
• effective communication skills
• negotiation and persuasion skills
• proficient English
• leadership experience in retail stores
• preferably 1-2 months experience in sports/fashion retail
• 2+ years experience as a store manager or supervisor
• basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
