Area Maintenance Head

Job description

The Area Maintenance Head ensures daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, electrical and rotating equipment) at the petrochemical plant are performed by the contractor in compliance with safety, environment and quality standards to guarantee availability, reliability and operational continuity. • Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to the contractor for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation as per company standards. • Regularly report maintenance execution in the CMMS system for SATORP’s plant. • Provide required support to the planning and scheduling supervisor. • Support the reliability department in bad actor analysis. • Prepare weekly reports and discuss them in maintenance meetings. • Manage day‑to‑day site activities. • Coordinate job‑specific training with the Head of HR to enhance personnel knowledge. • Ensure strict adherence to safety requirements during job execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School
• Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree
• Good knowledge of refining equipment
• Experience piloting maintenance contracts
• Good knowledge of safety rules
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations
• Mature judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking and openness to new ideas
• Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment
