Job description
Responsible for removal and repair of hot and cold insulation in SATORP plants. Applies, removes and repairs insulation on industrial equipment, pipes and ductwork. Determines insulation quantities, types and installation methods based on location, surface shape and equipment use. Installs sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws to protect from weather or damage. Prepares surfaces for insulation by brushing or applying adhesives. Selects suitable insulation such as fiberglass, Styrofoam or cork based on material properties. Adheres to HSE rules and understands plant hazardous materials and PPE usage. Location: Eastern Province.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- High School diploma
- knowledge of HSE regulations
- knowledge of plant hazardous materials
- proficiency in PPE usage
