In this role you will work with leading organizations across multiple industries, deliver high‑impact consulting engagements that drive sustainable transformation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies, support clients in solving complex strategic, operational, people, risk, and technology challenges, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to business development and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
• relevant consulting or industry experience aligned to grade
• 2–6+ years experience for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager
• 7+ years experience for Manager
• 10+ years experience for Senior Manager
• experience working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing consulting environment
• experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
• willingness to travel across the MENA region as required
• strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• continuous learning through EY’s Consulting Skills Curriculum and development programs
