Account Manager

We are JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics), part of the employer, a leading technology‑driven supply chain and logistics solutions provider. We operate end‑to‑end logistics services including warehouse management, line‑haul transport, last‑mile delivery, bulky items logistics, cold chain, and cross‑border operations, supporting over 3,600 warehouses and 130+ bonded and overseas facilities in 23 countries. In this role you will develop key enterprise customers, create integrated logistics solutions, manage business opportunities and customer accounts, monitor market trends and collaborate cross‑functionally, and handle receivables and long‑term client relationships.

Requirements

• proficient in English
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade or related field
• at least 3 years experience in B2B sales, key account development or customer management
• experience developing enterprise customers, conducting commercial negotiations and project implementation
• strong market insight, customer needs analysis and solution design
• excellent communication, coordination, cross‑functional collaboration and customer relationship management skills
• results‑oriented, able to work under pressure and willing to travel as required
