Job description

Responsible for operating and managing the gaming experience at the employer Entertainment Center, including PlayStation 5 and board games. Ensures all devices function without technical issues, assists customers in selecting games, explains rules and recommends suitable games. Resolves technical problems promptly, greets visitors professionally, explains activities and pricing, and creates an enjoyable environment. Handles cashier duties by collecting payments and printing invoices, and follows center policies and dress code

Requirements

• knowledge of PS5 games and board games
• Arabic language proficiency
• cashier experience
• preferred prior experience in entertainment or customer service
• ability to work under pressure and handle evening shifts until 3 AM
