Investment Alliance for Asset Sustainability (IAAS) is a multidisciplinary company focused on enhancing asset value and extending lifespan through real estate, hotel, construction, supply chain, trade, and eco‑friendly initiatives. The Business Developer will lead growth and expansion efforts, identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with clients and partners, and execute sales and profitability strategies. Key duties include developing growth strategies, lead generation, relationship management, arranging meetings and presenting services, negotiating and closing deals, conducting market research, reporting performance metrics, collaborating with sales, marketing and operations teams, and proposing product or service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• proven practical experience of at least 1 year as a Business Developer, Sales Manager or similar role
• demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and closing major deals
• high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• fluency in Arabic and English speaking and writing
