Job description

the employer, a global player in architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services, is seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Specialist with airport experience to join our Riyadh team. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and analyzing contracts for accuracy and regulatory compliance; negotiating terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes; maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and organized records; monitoring contract performance and ensuring obligations are met; identifying risks and recommending mitigation; coordinating with procurement, operations and legal teams for contract execution; ensuring contracts comply with Saudi regulations and airport requirements; preparing contract summaries and reports for management; supporting procurement from requisition to contract closeout; maintaining proficiency with contract management systems; responding to contract inquiries and guiding internal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar contract management role
• aviation or airport operations experience preferred
• proven expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation and analysis
• strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• solid understanding of contract law fundamentals and compliance requirements
• proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• strong organizational and time management abilities
• demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills
• ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines
• familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulatory environment and international contract practices preferred
• experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• proficiency in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
• attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation.
