Interface Manager

Job description

Works with the employer to deliver global infrastructure solutions. Manages one or more complex projects involving national clients or multi‑service scope. Coordinates all project phases from initiation to close‑out, ensuring timeline adherence. Exercises consenting and regulatory authority for approvals and change decisions. Supervises other Project Managers, providing guidance and performance oversight. Aligns multiple stakeholders across departments and locations for successful delivery. Oversees budgets, resource allocation, and cost management. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks, implementing corrective actions. Ensures compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements. Develops comprehensive documentation, reports, and metrics for executive review and client communication. Fosters a collaborative team environment and supports professional development of direct reports and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years progressive project management experience
• at least 10 years in senior or executive project management role
• proven expertise managing complex multi‑phase projects with national or multi‑regional scope
• demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring Project Managers and cross‑functional teams
• strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and industry standards
• proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as PMP or PRINCE2
• excellent financial acumen in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control
• advanced stakeholder management and cross‑departmental coordination
• exceptional written and verbal communication for executive reporting and client engagement
• proven track record identifying, assessing, and mitigating complex project risks
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred
• experience in litigation support, due diligence, or highly regulated industries preferred
• familiarity with enterprise project management software and data analytics tools preferred
• background managing projects across multiple service lines or business units preferred
• executive leadership training or advanced management certification preferred.
