Work at Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, part of Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Project, featuring 361 rooms, eleven dining concepts, overwater restaurants, a spa, and an adjacent 18‑hole championship golf course. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will: ensure grooming standards; operate the outlet smoothly; manage the Care Program; follow up on financials, LQA and Forbes targets and cascade them to the team; be aware of daily, monthly and yearly financial targets and contribute to achieving them; report negative guest feedback via the Glitch system; follow opening and closing checklists; handle financial procedures per finance guidelines; link service, cuisine and entertainment; assume daily operational responsibility; handle security incidents and guest complaints professionally and report to the F&B Manager; ensure appropriate equipment for each service period; be creative and think outside the box; follow the corporate personal development plan; set team KPIs aligned with hotel/department goals; keep operational inventory accounted for and immaculate; maintain outlet maintenance; create upselling opportunities, set sales goals and strategies; develop the restaurant team for excellence; create an efficient rostering system; inspire team members with new ideas; follow the Hotel Evacuation Policy in emergencies; deliver optimal service and guest satisfaction; maintain effective communication across divisions; lead by example with a hands‑on approach; ensure team food and beverage knowledge; perform other duties as requested by the F&B Manager; organize marketing activities and promotional events with the marketing department; prepare end‑of‑operation reports including guest comments, sales and feedback; develop a strategy for special guest requests and VIPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5-7 years experience in a 4–5 star hotel
• strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• excellent communication and customer service abilities
• knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques
• ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
