This role is based at the 5‑star Pullman Zamzam Madina hotel. The responsibility is to supervise the stewarding team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key duties include briefing the team on quality standards, delivering creative problem‑solving support, fostering a culture of integrity and excellence, and upholding strong communication throughout.
