Kids Club Assistant Manager

Job description

Supports daily operations of the Kids Club. Includes facility maintenance, equipment sanitization, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of all areas. Manages the team through continuous training to uphold child protection standards and luxury service. Designs age‑appropriate entertainment programs such as shell drawing, treasure hunts, kids yoga, and nature activities reflecting the Red Sea environment. Welcomes families, handles inquiries and special requests to provide a seamless family experience. Executes accurate check‑in/check‑out procedures and maintains attendance, incident, and emergency records. Manages inventory of toys and supplies, collaborates with housekeeping and engineering departments, and assists in staff scheduling and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or related field
• experience in childcare or hospitality
• at least one year in a supervisory role
• pre‑opening experience considered a plus
• valid CPR and First Aid certification
• professional appearance
• fluency in English
• fluency in Arabic or Russian considered an added value
