Supervise daily food and beverage operations at Fairmont The Red Sea resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional service standards aligned with Fairmont's commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include managing F&B staff, scheduling, training and performance evaluations, maintaining consistent service quality across all outlets, monitoring inventory and costs to optimize profitability, strict adherence to health, safety and sanitation regulations, promptly addressing guest concerns, coordinating with kitchen and service teams during peak periods, conducting staff training programs, analyzing operational metrics and reporting, managing reservations, special events and customized dining experiences, and maintaining organized records of schedules, inventory and financial reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations within hospitality
• proven leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
• strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning and service standards
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• solid understanding of inventory management, cost control and budget management
• demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in high-pressure environments
• knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations in food service
• ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred) advantageous
• strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a luxury hospitality environment.
