Credit Supervisor

Job description

Responsible for managing the Credit and Accounts Receivable function at the employer Hotel and Residence Hajar Tower Makkah. Supervises daily credit activities, ensures accurate billing and timely collection, and enforces credit control per hotel policies. Works closely with Finance and operational departments to protect the hotel's financial interests while maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government accounts, groups, and guests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• SOCPA certification or membership preferred
• previous experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Hotel Finance
• previous supervisory experience in an international hotel environment advantage
• strong knowledge of credit control, accounts receivable, and financial procedures
• good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems advantage
• strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• good command of English and Arabic
• ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
