Job description

Works in the Kingdom's Red Sea Project to deliver a premium hospitality experience across two nature-focused resorts. Welcomes guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. Acts as the main contact point in the lobby, assisting with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations. Anticipates guest needs and provides personalized service to create memorable experiences. Escorts VIPs, long‑stay guests, and special‑occasion guests when required. Maintains a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests. Assists guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests. Supports service recovery by promptly addressing guest concerns and ensuring timely resolution. Promotes hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field
• minimum 1 year relevant experience
• excellent communication skills in English
• strong interpersonal skills
