Outlet Manager

Job description

Join SLS The Red Sea in Tabuk to lead one of the signature outlets. You will drive a high‑performing team, ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with SLS brand standards, and support commercial performance and continuous innovation. Responsibilities include daily operational oversight, enhancing guest satisfaction, boosting revenue, and collaborating with Engineering, Housekeeping and other hotel departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
• minimum 3 years senior leadership experience in luxury restaurant operations
• proficiency in leading large teams in high‑volume, high‑profile environments
• expertise in menu development, beverage programs and guest flow
• strong commercial awareness in revenue generation, cost control and budgeting
• experience with POS, reservation and workforce management systems
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• fluent in English
• Arabic knowledge an advantage
• proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational platforms
• pre‑opening or venue refurbishment experience highly desirable
• Group Trainer certification or similar qualification preferred.
