Store Manager

Job description

Summary: Responsible for seamless service delivery in the supermarket, maximizing sales, profitability, stock management, customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities: Implement MAF Retail supermarket plans with Head Office and Corporate Office; apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate commercial performance and recommend ways to increase profitability and sales turnover; control costs within budget to maximize sales and profitability; review and analyze stock and sales reports and take corrective actions as needed; conduct comparative studies between departments to improve commercial efficiency; regularly coordinate with Department Heads for effective stock management; supervise ongoing service and maintenance of supermarket assets; ensure hygiene standards and supermarket safety and security are enhanced.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years experience as a store manager in the supermarket industry
• must be located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh
• experience in Retail
• strong people and negotiation skills to build relationships across all levels
