Manager - Expansion

Job description

Responsible for implementing the expansion plan for discount retail stores in Saudi Arabia and identifying new market opportunities to achieve growth targets. Manage and execute expansion plans including site identification, feasibility studies, and lease negotiations; conduct market evaluations and competitor analysis; oversee end-to-end project management ensuring timely and budget‑compliant delivery; monitor project performance against KPIs and prepare regular management reports; develop and implement policies to boost profitability and productivity; select contractors and consultants and ensure contract compliance; mentor and train teams to build strong talent pipeline; prepare periodic business reports and ensure governance and policy alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• minimum 8 years experience in a related managerial role
• at least 4+ years experience in retail or closely related industry
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• strong influencing and stakeholder engagement ability
• proven managerial skills leading cross‑functional teams
• strong negotiation skills managing lease agreements and vendor relationships
• outstanding analytical, needs analysis, and business justification skills
• experience delivering strategic initiatives successfully.
