Responsibilities: Lead scalable contract management processes ensuring compliance and risk mitigation; collaborate with legal, finance and project teams to align contract objectives; monitor contract execution and resolve disputes efficiently; innovate contract structuring to meet evolving industry standards; promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in rail or infrastructure sectors
• Expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and project delivery within multinational environments
• Deep understanding of commercial, legal, and regulatory frameworks relevant to rail transportation
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to influence and guide teams
