In this role, you will be responsible for managing the employer's Delivery Service Partners, being the bridge between partners and the employer. Key job responsibilities include quickly understanding the business issues and challenges of transportation operations; identifying strengths/weaknesses and suggesting areas for improvement. You will also map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications. Being data driven, you will develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improvements.
