The Merchandiser Team Leader compares sales data, advises management on low sales, adjusts displays, relocates products within stores, and manages the merchandisers team performance. Responsibilities include monitoring visits to assigned outlets per the daily journey plan, merchandising SSFL products at all access points, placing POS materials, ensuring compliance with approved planograms, rotating stock using FIFO and removing sub‑standard items, maintaining clean and fresh stock, monitoring competitive activities, reporting deviations from outlet agreements, participating in sampling campaigns when required, and adhering to professional appearance and conduct per the Frito‑Lay code.
