Engineering Contract & Warranty Manager

Job description

The Engineering Contract & Warranty Manager is responsible for managing, protecting, and optimizing all engineering-related contracts and warranty entitlements to ensure commercial value, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. This role serves as the single point of accountability for contracts with OEMs, MROs, and lessors. Key responsibilities include: Managing OEM support agreements for aircraft, engines, and components; overseeing power-by-the-hour and total care agreements; managing repair and engineering service contracts; interpreting and digitally codifying contractual terms and SLAs; and leading contract governance and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering contract management
• Experience with OEM support agreements
• Experience with MRO and repair service contracts
• Knowledge of warranty clauses
• Experience with total care and power-by-the-hour agreements
• Proficient in contract governance and lifecycle management.
