Responsibilities include execution, finishing, preparing BOQ and quantity take‑offs, price analysis, cost and cash‑flow reporting, subcontractor offer comparison, and discussing solutions with the team

• experience in execution within Saudi Arabia
• experience in finishing

• commercial and financial competence
