Following up with customers and building good relationships. Contributing to improving customer experience and increasing sales. Typical duties of this profession: • Identify and target new business opportunities within contracting and industrial sectors. • Educate clients on technical specifications and compliance standards for safety materials. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement and safety managers. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
