Trainees apply knowledge in a real work environment and learn professional practices. They work on real projects under the supervision of experienced professionals; develop the technical and soft skills needed for their future careers; receive a monthly stipend throughout the training period; receive dedicated professional mentorship and guidance; have access to the employer’s digital learning platforms and knowledge resources; experience a dynamic and innovative workplace.
