Job description

The role involves operating a creative space and delivering artistic workshops for visitors. Conduct engaging workshops and activities for adults and children; prepare tools and materials required for sessions; welcome visitors and introduce available activities; assist visitors in selecting suitable experiences and ensure quality and satisfaction; open and close the space according to assigned shifts; maintain the space’s order, cleanliness, and inventory; contribute new ideas to enhance activities and events; handle visitor inquiries and feedback professionally

Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic
• proficient in English
• 1-2 years experience in artistic workshops and creative activities
• experience in events and entertainment
• experience in retail
• experience in customer service and visitor experience
• knowledge of space organization and operation
• ability to work in shift schedule
• ability to interact with the public
• flexibility and quick adaptability
