Leasing Specialist

Job description

The Leasing Specialist markets available properties, attracts prospective tenants, conducts property viewings, negotiates lease agreements, and maintains strong tenant relationships. Contributes to occupancy and rental revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key duties include marketing residential, commercial, or retail units; responding to inquiries with accurate information; conducting tours and presentations; negotiating lease terms within approved guidelines; preparing, reviewing, and processing lease contracts; following up on renewals and retention programs; updating leasing records and reports; coordinating with internal departments for smooth move‑in/out processes; building positive relationships with tenants and partners; monitoring market trends and rental rates; supporting occupancy and revenue goals; and complying with company policies and real estate regulations
