Job description

ARX | smart minds announces a full‑time BIM Package Coordinator position in Riyadh. Coordinates architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical models for the assigned scope. Ensures model compliance with the BIM execution plan, LOD requirements and naming standards. Verifies shared coordinates, model links and review status before coordination meetings. Manages model uploads and review status within the shared data environment. Generates quantities, drawings and model‑based reports highlighting data constraints while maintaining consistency with issued information. Supports designers in model organization

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in GIT
• Proficient in project management
• Proficient in compliance
• Experience coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical models
• Knowledge of BIM execution plan and LOD requirements
• Knowledge of naming standards
• Knowledge of clash management and coordination session organization
• Knowledge of shared data environment and model‑based reporting
