Job Opportunity Technical Office Engineer Riyadh and Medina the employer LIGHT Company announces the availability of a job opportunity with the title of Technical Office Engineer to work in Riyadh and Medina, targeting engineers with experience in preparing and reviewing executive plans, inventorying quantities, technical approvals, and coordinating with various project parties. ▪ Job title: Technical Office Engineer Work locations: Riyadh, Medina Conditions and qualifications ▪ Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. ▪ 2 to 3 years of practical experience in a related field. ▪ Proficiency in using AutoCAD, preferably someone with knowledge of Revit. ▪ Good knowledge of reading and reviewing drawings and technical specifications. ▪ Familiarity with tables of quantities (BOQs) and inventory of quantities. ▪ Knowledge of procedures for preparing and following up on Material Submittals. ▪ Previous experience in MEP, construction or lighting projects is preferred. ▪ Proficiency in English with good communication and coordination skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• proficient in AutoCAD
• knowledge of Revit
• good at reading and reviewing drawings and technical specifications
• familiarity with BOQ and quantity take‑off
• knowledge of material submittal procedures
• preferably experienced in MEP, construction or lighting projects
• fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
