The role involves planning, organizing, and providing instruction in English · developing and delivering lesson plans that utilize a broad range of teaching techniques and strategies · teaching the English language to adult students · providing feedback on oral and written work · actively listening to identify and solve problems · facilitating students' learning and building their confidence · participating in English Language Department staff meetings, professional development, workshops, curriculum/program planning, and research activities and special events.

Requirements

• Citizen of USA, UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand · Bachelor Degree with one of these certificates: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, TESL, DELTA (Online Certificates are NOT accepted) · Master or Ph.D. preferred in any field · Age limit 23 to 58 years old · Minimum of 2 Years' Experience · Strong communication skills
