We are hiring a Project Manager based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. the employer Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The role of the manager is responsible for managing the project from start to finish, site execution, resource allocation, and ensuring strict adherence to project schedules and budgets. It also requires organizational compliance, dealing with local requirements, and coordinating with municipal authorities. The Project Manager ensures the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets its objectives. They oversee the project, manage the team, and ensure the most efficient use of resources and satisfaction of all stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, building, and industrial contracting sectors in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of city regulations and Aramco project standards and industrial area construction
• Proficient in obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements
• Valid driving license
• Languages: Arabic and English
