META Clinical Application Specialist

Job description

Your role: develop and deliver clinical education sessions to customers following organizational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials. Advise customers on optimal clinical procedures to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency. Provide first and second-line support to clinical support associates and customers. Work under general supervision using independent judgment within operational policies. Apply analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity requests efficiently. Participate in customer escalations, complaints, and feedback processes, capturing information accurately. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. Build deep knowledge of the organization’s products, clinical applications, and industry standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization. Engage in moderately complex clinical or system application assignments. Document service records with detailed problem descriptions and resolutions in the Service Management System. Establish productive internal and external relationships to resolve issues and identify cost‑effective solutions that minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• minimum 4 years experience with vocational education in the medical industry, clinical support, healthcare, customer service or equivalent
• proficient in developing and delivering clinical education sessions
• knowledgeable in implementing optimal clinical procedures for equipment
• experience providing first and second‑line support to customers
• proficient in analytical problem solving for medium‑complexity requests
• knowledgeable in escalation and complaint handling protocols
• proficient in collaborating with product development, quality assurance and regulatory affairs
