In the Middle East, the employer employs 3,500 staff across 8 countries and has delivered over 700 complex projects. the employer MESA is seeking a highly motivated Bridge Engineer to join its structures team. Responsibilities include design and analysis of transportation structures such as bridges, retaining walls and box culverts; using engineering software to prepare design documents; leading the preparation of plans, reports and specifications; collaborating with internal teams and clients to define project goals; acting as client liaison in meetings and presentations; coordinating with transportation, environmental and planning teams to integrate structural solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with structural emphasis preferred
• 5-10 years of Bridge & Structures Engineering experience
• working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
• proficiency in bridge design software and structural analysis techniques
• familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software
• project management experience
• ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• well‑established industry relationships and willingness to support proposal efforts
