Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field
• minimum 15 years experience in large‑scale infrastructure or rail projects
• at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• proficient with project management tools, risk assessment and contract negotiation
• deep understanding of rail systems, safety standards and regulatory compliance
• exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management
