Job description

Responsible for supervising fit‑out and décor works of retail branches and restaurants. Coordinate subcontractors, monitor plan execution, ensure work quality across sites; manage schedules and document progress; liaise with stakeholders to align projects with requirements

Requirements

• experience within Saudi Arabia in restaurant or retail fit‑out and décor
• experience executing restaurant or retail projects
• strong network of subcontractors and executors
• ability to read drawings and manage project sites
• valid driving license and willingness to travel between sites
