Job description

Requirements: For engineering jobs: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, depending on specialty. For technical positions: a technical diploma in electricity, mechanics, or a related specialty. For engineers: a valid professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers in accordance with regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of reading and understanding plans, drawings and technical specifications related to the specialty. The ability to follow up and carry out work on sites according to approved plans, specifications and timetables. Familiarity with quality, health and occupational safety requirements at project sites. The ability to detect malfunctions and technical problems and contribute to finding appropriate solutions. Good skills in communication, coordination, and working within multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams. Commitment to discipline, accuracy, quality, and assuming field work responsibilities. Overview of the profession: The mechanical engineer in the Saudi market is responsible for designing and analyzing mechanical systems and applying engineering principles to ensure efficient performance and safe operation. It develops industrial products and equipment that are in line with international standards and local customer requirements. Participates in the project phases from concept to implementation, including selecting materials and conducting tests. It contributes to improving maintenance operations and reducing operational costs. Typical tasks for this profession: • Design mechanical systems and components using CAD software • Perform engineering analyzes (stress, temperature, vibration) • Select appropriate materials and conduct experimental tests • Supervise manufacturing and installation processes • Ensure compliance with international and local standards for safety and quality
