For technical positions: a technical diploma in electricity, mechanics, or a related specialty. For engineers: a valid professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers in accordance with regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of reading and understanding plans, drawings and technical specifications related to the specialty. The ability to follow up and carry out work on sites according to approved plans, specifications and timetables. Familiarity with quality, health and occupational safety requirements at project sites. The ability to detect malfunctions and technical problems and contribute to finding appropriate solutions. Good skills in communication, coordination, and working within multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams. Commitment to discipline, accuracy, quality, and assuming field work responsibilities About this profession: Electrical engineers design and develop electrical systems, electrical equipment, components, motors, and equipment with the feature of energy transmission. They engage in large scale projects such as the design and maintenance of power stations, and the distribution of power to smaller applications such as household appliances. Typical duties of this profession: • Design electrical systems, components, and equipment • Perform engineering calculations for power transmission • Supervise and execute power station maintenance projects • Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure efficiency
