IT/OT Supervisor

About the Role: the employer is seeking an IT/OT Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah. The full‑time role supervises and manages IT and OT support services across the corporate office and plants under O&M contracts, ensuring timely, reliable, high‑quality technical support for end‑users and plant operations. Responsibilities: Manage IT/OT support services and Help Desk operations. Supervise daily IT and OT support activities and resolve incidents and service requests. Implement and maintain IT/OT technology plans, policies, procedures, and standards. Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and communication systems. Coordinate support for OT systems including SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, and industrial networks. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve IT/OT issues. Monitor system availability and escalate critical incidents. Ensure timely completion of IT jobs, installations, and vendor activities. Conduct technical evaluations and recommend IT/OT procurement. Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, network, and IT/OT assets. Collect and review weekly IT/OT status reports and submit consolidated reports. Monitor recurring incidents for improvement opportunities. Coordinate preventive maintenance, upgrades, and backup/recovery for critical systems. Manage user access, accounts, and permissions per policies. Support implementation of IT and OT cybersecurity controls. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, OEMs, and service providers and ensure compliance with company policies, HSE, site access, and cybersecurity procedures. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and competency development of IT/OT staff

Requirements

• Proficient in IT and OT technical support
• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI and industrial networks
• Experience with managing hardware, networking, and software infrastructure
• Proficient in IT/OT cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Experience coordinating vendors and technical contracts
• Proficient in asset inventory, licensing, warranties, and maintenance contracts
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and backup/recovery processes
• Experience preparing and reviewing status and incident reports
• Proficient in managing user accounts and permissions
• Experience in IT/OT procurement evaluation and recommendations
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and other departments
• Experience in staff performance evaluation and training needs identification.
